NineXGroup started in 2024 with a frustration most enterprises know well. To get transformation done, you usually hire one firm for strategy, another for technology, and a third to actually build and run it. You pay a premium for all the handoffs in between, and when something goes wrong, everyone points at someone else.
We thought there was a better way to do this.
So we built NineXGroup from our base in Indore, India, around a team of strategists, engineers, designers, and operators who all answer to the same outcome. Strategy, technology, and execution sit in the same house and work the same problem. There is one team, one plan, and one group that owns the result.
What began as a focused consultancy has grown quickly into a multi-brand group that covers enterprise business systems, technology and engineering, sales and customer experience, and growth strategy. We work with clients across several markets, and we have done it while staying lean enough to move fast.
We are a young company, and we like it that way. We have the speed you expect from a startup and the discipline you expect from a firm you would trust with your core systems. The one thing that has not changed since we opened our doors is how we keep score: by the real, measurable difference we make for the people who hire us.
We are still early in our story. The most interesting chapters are the ones we write with our clients.
The traditional way enterprises buy transformation is broken in three predictable ways, and we built the company specifically to fix each one.
Every time work passes from a strategy firm to a systems integrator to a development shop, something is lost in translation and time and money are spent re-explaining the same thing. We removed the handoffs by putting all of it under one roof.
When three vendors share a project, no single one truly owns the outcome. If the result disappoints, each can credibly blame the others. We took that excuse away by owning the whole thing.
Strategy decks that never ship and platforms that nobody adopts are the usual graveyard of transformation budgets. Because our strategists and engineers work together, we only recommend what we can actually build and make stick.

Pratyush Nayak founds NineXGroup in Indore with co-founder Prabhash Nayak, built on a single conviction: strategy, technology, and execution belong together.

We are widening our footprint, deepening platform partnerships, and growing the team, while protecting the speed and quality that got us here.

Read that again, because the second half matters as much as the first. Plenty of firms can give you systems and strategy. The difference is the single line of accountability.
